We keep this simple. We only ask for what we need to take your order or to reach you about becoming a Satva Saheli, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp number, when you order the Healthy Grocery Kit, build your own kit, or apply to become a Satva Saheli.
- What you write to us on WhatsApp or by phone, such as the items you want, your name and your delivery address.
This website has no login and no online payment. It does not save your number on our server: the number you type goes into the WhatsApp message that you choose to send us. Your own browser may remember your number so you don't have to type it again; you can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Why we use it
- To confirm and deliver your order.
- To reply to your questions.
- To contact you about joining as a Satva Saheli, if you asked us to.
We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Who sees it
Only the DS Satva team and the Satva Saheli who delivers your order. Messages travel through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, except when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you, and for the time Indian tax and food-safety rules require us to keep order records. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
